Tom Welling as Superman

I liked Smallville as a whole. It had some great moments and he was a worthy Clark Kent/Superboy/Blur/pre-Superman in it.

I added some heft to his frame along with the spit curl and went with the more open Christopher Reeves/Kingdom Come costume top instead of the tighter-collar Routh one we see him wear at the end.
